Battista brings nearly 20 years of dedicated experience within the home care sector. Most recently, she served as the Chief Operating Officer of the Home Care Association of America (HCAOA), the leading national trade association representing more than 4,400 home care organizations. Throughout her distinguished career, including prior executive leadership at the Pennsylvania Homecare Association (PHA), Battista has worked directly with home care agencies across the United States, providing them with the advocacy, tools, and strategic insights needed to build, grow, and scale their businesses.
